FAQ'S

At the outset it is essential that I have a clear understanding of your requirements and the use intended for the images.

Q 1. What you can expect to receive as part of my service.

A 1. This is agreed with you in advance - it is confirmed to you in writing based on your specific job.

Q 2. Where will I be able to see the proofs/previews and how soon after the photography happens.

A 2. Your photo previews are placed online with password protection within a specified number of days (advised to you specifically at the time) after photography.

You receive an email with a link to these and an access code. If you use the 'photo cart' item on the menubar followed by 'Access Gallery' you can enter the code directly and proceed.

When ordering photos you need to quote the image reference number beneath that photograph…not 1,2,3 etc

Q 3. How do I establish the exact cost of photography.

A 3. You will receive a price list or a precise quotation at the time of your enquiry - via email (All quotations are in writing).

Q 4. How do I get the images when the work is completed.

A 5. You will receive the images as high resolution images (Jpeg RGB images unless otherwise specified) on a printed disk or via my photo cart web pages which facilitate downloading of the images or via WeTransfer or Dropbox.

Q 5. How do I pay and when

A 5. You pay a booking fee/booking deposit in advance to reserve the photography session or appointment - this is payable online through the photo cart commerce system

(Card Payments - Visa/Visa Debit, Mastercard, Stripe, Paypal accepted and Sum Up)

Q 6What if I'm a company

A 6. In this case you follow the same procedure using your company credit/debit card
